Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through PURE Lab-Grown Diamonds Ltd ("PURE," "we," "us"), a company registered in Ireland under company number 788597.

1. Ordering & Consultations

Purchases are arranged through a one-to-one consultation, either in person or virtually, following an enquiry made via our website, phone, or email. A quotation or order confirmation will be provided in writing before any payment is taken.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Euro (€) and are inclusive of Irish VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to order confirmation.

3. Payment

We accept cash, card payment, and bank transfer.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom pieces are made to your specification following consultation and typically take 3–4 weeks from confirmed design to delivery. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence work, given the bespoke nature of these pieces.

5. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

If you purchase from us without being physically present together at the time of purchase (e.g. following a virtual consultation), you are entitled under EU/Irish consumer law to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive the goods, during which you may cancel your order for a full refund, subject to the exceptions below.

Exception — bespoke goods: This right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised (e.g. custom engagement rings, custom made pieces), as provided for under the Consumer Rights Directive.

6. Certification & Appraisal

All pieces receive a proof of purchase receipt stating price paid for the item. Selected pieces are supplied with an independent Irish appraisal suitable for insurance purposes. Where stated, pieces additionally include IGI certification. Certification and appraisal documents accompany the piece at handover.

7. Delivery

Personal delivery is available for all purchases to ensure your complete satisfaction. Insured courier delivery via DHL can also be arranged on request.

8. Warranty

PURE does not currently offer an additional manufacturing warranty beyond your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish/EU law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
